LusoGlobe and UAberta Host Seminar on Inter-Religious Dialogue

Lisbon, April 2025 – The LusoGlobe Centre at Universidade Lusófona, in collaboration with the Universidade Aberta and other key institutions, is set to host the International Seminar on Global Studies on April 7, 2025. As part of the Dialogue Inter-Religious Series, this event will explore the urgencies and challenges of inter-religious dialogue in shaping a more human-centered globalization.

The seminar will feature Dom Rui Valério, Patriarch of Lisbon, as the keynote speaker, addressing the importance of interfaith cooperation in today’s globalized world. His intervention will be complemented by critical commentary from Khalid Jamal (Islamic Community of Lisbon), Fabrizio Boscaglia (Universidade Lusófona), and Timóteo Cavaco(President of the Portuguese Evangelical Alliance).
