Major Brigadier Carla, director at Brazilian Superior Defence College, led a mission to LusoGlobe which included the agenda for in-depth studies on the dynamics that permeate international security and the promotion of peace in the world, as well as its participation in activities related to maritime issues.
The meeting included researchers from the LusoGlobe and ESD, as well as visiting researchers from EGN and Birminghan University.
