On March 2nd, the newspaper NOVO published an interview with student Ana Neves, from the Master's program in Risks and Violence in Contemporary Societies: Analysis and Social Intervention at the Social Work Institute of Lusófona University - Lisbon University Center, about her master's thesis on sexual harassment in public spaces, supervised by Professor Nélson Ramalho.
The student studied this topic by defining as a sample the female students of higher education in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, and several shared results confirm that this type of harassment is normalized by society but extremely prevalent in the lives of most women and girls, greatly influencing their freedom.
