On December 18th, LusoGlobe hosted a Wargaming Workshop, bringing together researchers from the GIRI-hub and featuring a special participation from Dr. Ana Paiva (ECEME – Brazilian Army Command and General Staff College).
The workshop focused on wargaming methodologies, including the presentation of research and practical applications in security and defense. Participants engaged in discussions on the role of wargaming in decision-making processes, as well as in military and strategic studies.
Additionally, the GIRI-hub team took part in the IDN Mediation Simulation, contributing to research and methodology development for conflict mediation. As part of the Lusófona-IDN cooperation agreement, a report on the project dedicated to the Education Referential for Security, Defense, and Peace was presented, highlighting advancements in academic and professional training in these fields.
