Hélia Augusta de Magalhães Correia Bracons Carneiro is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Social Work of the Lusófona University. Doctorate in Social Work (UCP, 2017). Director of the Degree in Social Work and integrated researcher in CISIS. Editor of the Journal Temas Sociais of the ISS of UL, since 2021. Coordinator of the Tutorial, Mentoring and Orientation Program of the Lusophone University, integrated in the Portuguese Network of Peer Mentoring in Higher Education. Representative of Lusófona University in the Higher Education Network on Intercultural Mediation (RESMI), since May 2015.
