Sílvia Mangerona is a political scientist, researcher and university professor. She holds a PhD in Political Science and International Relations: Security and Defense from the Institute of Political Studies of the Catholic University of Portugal. She has a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Institute of Political Studies of the Catholic University of Portugal and a degree in Political Science from the International University. She completed a specialization in Journalism at CENJOR and was Communications Advisor. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Education and Administration at the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies and an associate researcher at the Research Center of the Institute of Political Studies of the Catholic University of Portugal (CIEP). She is the author of the book “Subsidiarity: Political Doctrine and State Model” launched in 2021 by Principia publishing house.
