José António Carochinho, a lecturer at Lusófona University, travelled to Angola to collaborate in teaching on the 7th edition of the Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the Lusíada Polytechnic Higher Institute of Benguela (Angola).
Within this programme, he is responsible for the modules “Scientific Research Methodology”, “Attraction, Onboarding and Integration Techniques in Human Resource Management”, “Training and Development in Human Resource Management”, and “Scientific Research Seminar”. He has been collaborating regularly with this institution since the first edition of this Master’s programme.
He has also served on five Master’s examination panels in Human Resource Management, for dissertations he had supervised.
