Organized by the Lisbon City Council and the Municipal Council for Interculturality and Citizenship (CMIC), the Municipal Forum for Interculturality 2024 (FMINT) took place on December 3rd, in the Auditorium of the Orlando Ribeiro Library, in Telheiras.

The Degree in Social Work promoted, throughout the 1st semester, a set of diversified activities, within the scope of the different Curricular Units, aimed at all students of the 1st cycle, as well as professionals in the area, internship supervisors, and all those interested in learning about the training and intervention of the social worker.

The debate cycle, U.S. Elections and the New Foreign Policy of the U.S., coordinated by Diana Soller and Madalena Meyer Resende, aimed to provide valuable insights into the evolving dynamics of American foreign relations.

To celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2024, IPSA organized an international conference in partnership with the Gulbenkian Foundation and in collaboration with the Portuguese Political Science Association (APCP) on the theme Democratization and Autocratization from 11-13 September 2024. This event was held at the Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon, Portugal, and is expected to draw over 300 participants (scholars, international organizations, government representatives, associations, and NGOs).
